A Big Friggin' Problem

9:00 AM–11:00 AM on Friday, Sep 20, 2013

Description

In this session Tom Higley, founder of 10.10.10, and Nicole Gravagna, its Managing Director, will introduce the Denver startup community to a problem/pain centered approach to exploring new startup opportunities. If you're looking for your next big thing and planning to start a new company, what problems are worth the investment of your time and money? Which problems are interesting? Which problems have significant market opportunity? How do you compare and contrast one problem (and its related opportunity) with another? What about hunger? World peace? Are these viable entrepreneurial opportunities on par with building a viable electric car company (Tesla) or pioneering commercial space flight (Space X)?
